Common questions
DashWall is not showing Calendar events
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars and confirm DashWall has full access. Then choose Refresh Now from the DashWall menu-bar menu.
Reminders are missing
Confirm Reminders permission in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Reminders. DashWall shows incomplete reminders from the lists enabled in Settings.
How do I interact with the desktop dashboard?
Hold the Option key to temporarily enter HUD interaction mode. You can then edit Daily Focus and control the Pomodoro timer.
How do I restore an App Store purchase?
Select Restore Purchases on the DashWall unlock screen or in Settings. Make sure the Mac App Store is signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I revoke Calendar or Reminder access?
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, select Calendars or Reminders, and disable DashWall.
